Steven D. Danyliw has been in the real estate industry for 10 years as an Associate Broker/Partner with the firm Danyliw & Associates in Littleton, Colorado.
Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Steve had a successful career in design, engineering and management of structural components for residential and commercial construction. Additionally, Steve coached football and wrestling at Columbine & Regis High Schools.
In 2005, Steve CO-found Ease Realty a national real estate franchise. Steve continues to emphasize the use and development of technology to produce top results. In 2009, Steve was elected to his second three-year term serving on the Board of Directors for the Jefferson County Association of REALTORS® and the Denver Area MLS Rules & Regulations Committee. In 2008, Steve began a three-year term serving on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. In 2010, Steve was awarded the Distinguished Service Award by the Jefferson County Association of REALTORS. Currently, Steve serves as a director and state director for the newly formed Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (the largest local association in the state of Colorado). The focus today as it was in the beginning is to assist buyers and sellers through the home buying experience.
