STEVEN D DANYLIW

Steven D. Danyliw has been in the real estate industry for seven years as an Associate Broker/Partner with the firm Danyliw & Associates in Littleton, Colorado.  In 2005, Steve helped found Ease Realty a nation real estate franchise.  The focus today as it was in the beginning is to assist buyers and sellers through the home buying experience.  Prior to becoming a REALTOR, Steve had a successful career in engineering where he managed at team of designers and set cost and pricing structures for manufacturing facilities across the northwest.  As a top producer in his company, Steve continues to emphasize the use and development of technology to produce top results.  In 2006, Steve began a three-year term serving on the Board of Directors for the Jefferson County Association of REALTORS and the Denver Area MLS Rules & Regulations Committee.

JULIA DANYLIW

Julia Danyliw has been in the Real Estate profession for four years, specializing in Real Estate buyers. Julia is a mother of three and prior to becoming a Realtor; she had a career in the Hotel and Resort industry, where she was a Human Resources Director for a large hotel chain.

Julia has recently teamed up with a well known local Mortgage Company where she can offer her clients the opportunity of not just assisting them through their Real Estate transaction, but provide all services for their mortgage needs as well. Julia strives to go above and beyond her clients expectations by personalizing their requirements, which has allowed her to become a success in the Real Estate and Mortgage industries.
